Whether it’s a garage to keep your car out of the elements or it’s your dream Mancave, your project starts with a concept plan and ends with you standing back admiring the meticulous workmanship. At Garages Inc. we pride ourselves in providing personal customer service throughout your project. We will guide you through every step of your build from designing your perfect plan, getting permits, and selecting a builder through to delivery of your material package, warranty, and construction questions.

Our Process
Design
Our design team, with your guidance, will develop the garage plans of your dreams. Please share all your thoughts, ideas, pictures and needs with our team to ensure we nail the concept design and get you exactly what you want. If for any reason you forgot something or are later reviewing your concept drawing and want to make a change, no problem! We allow for two additional opportunities to revise your concept drawings because for us, you getting exactly what you want is important to us. When you love your concept plan, we will prepare the required Architectural drawings needed for a building permit.
Building Permit
Using the architectural drawings, you or your builder will apply for and secure the building permit. If you are not using a builder our team at Garages Inc. will happily guide you through the permit process and help prepare any additional documents required by the municipality.
Preparation & Delivery
This is very much a stage that the team at Garages Inc. completes on their own. Using the specifications created during the Design stage the components of your material package are manufactured and packaged along with all the other materials required to construct your garage project. The team will then ship your material package to your address for onsite construction to begin.
Construction
Regardless, if you are building the garage yourself with friends and family or you have contracted a builder, the crew wearing the toolbelts will enjoy working with the components (pre-framed walls, floors, and roof) supplied by Garages Inc. Our 1/16” accuracy, pre-framed walls and floors, and complete material package is designed to expedite onsite construction while providing a cost-efficient superior product.
