A standard material package for a garage includes all framing lumber pre-framed into manageable components, siding, soffit & Fascia, roofing materials, windows, doors, insulation and all the fasteners including misc items needed to finish off your garage. It’s a complete material package excluding mechanical components. We guarantee it!

From initial contact to deliver can be as little as 30 days however this timeline is really at the mercy of our clients as we suggest taking your time to get the plans perfect. It’s much cheaper and faster to change the concept plans than to change a garage once built.

Great question! We’ve designed with both types of foundations. The preferred or ideal foundation is determined by the characteristics of the garage such as size, use, soil conditions and existing grades.

Every garage has its own unique characteristics such as size, storage areas, second floor lofts or ADU’s, bathrooms, level of finish and complexity of the structure. Each of these characteristics effect the square foot price and for this reason there isn’t a standard quotable square foot price.

We wish we could but unfortunately what will make your mancave spectacular are the finishes and details you hang on walls or furnish it with. We can help from the space management standpoint for the pool table or furnishings you want to ensure will fit but our product supply stops at the hard finishes like interior trims, hard wall coverings, and floor coatings. We can’t wait to see your finished product though!!!

Picking the finishes is the fun part. We have a full range of exterior finish products from economical vinyl siding to beautiful stones and real wood siding products. The Garages Inc. team will walk you through all the finishes to get the results you want.

Although our staff has hundreds of years of combined construction and building experience, Garages Inc. does not build. We simply supply you with the permit ready drawings and the building material package to simplify construction. We will however help you find a builder by giving you the contact information for 3 local builders that we have vetted in your area that would be happy to take on your build project.
